Course purpose今後、言語学、日本語学、英語学、日本語教育学、応用日本語学、英語教育学、フランス語学、ドイツ語学、中国語学などの言語関連の研究分野で言語研究に携わる方に、人文学研究科で行われて
いるいくつかの言語研究分野の研究アプローチの特徴、ケーススタディを提供することを目的とします。
The objective of this lecture class is to introduce the students intending to pursue linguistic research at this graduate school to some representative linguistic research fields, e.g. Linguistics, Japanese Linguistics, English Linguistics, Japanese Language Education, Applied Japanese Linguistics, and English Language Education.授業の内容・方法
Content言語学、日本語学、英語学、日本語教育学、応用日本語学、英語教育学分野の研究者がオムニバス形式で自らの研究テーマに基づいて各分野の研究手法や考え方を概説します。
第1週目: 授業で全体のスケジュールが示されます。
第2週目以降:２週ごとに言語学、日本語学、英語学、日本語教育学、応用日本語学、英語教育学の基本的方法論、ケーススタディ、あるいは先端的研究課題についての集中的なレクチャーが行われます。
Researchers in the fields of Linguistics, Japanese Linguistics, English Linguistics, Japanese Language Education, Applied Japanese Linguistics, and English Language Education will alternately give a series of focused lectures on their respective research topics reflecting the methodology and theoretical inclination employed therein.
The first week class: Introduction to the entire course schedule will be given.
The second week class and thenafter: a lecturer from each field will give focused
lectures on basic methodologies, case studies, or cutting-edge reserach topics

Evaluation（１）学期末のレポート（85％）：講義担当教員からのテーマから１つを選んでレポートを執筆、
提出する形式となります。
（２）授業参加（15％）なお、5回以上講義を欠席した場合は、学期末レポートを提出しても単位を認定
することができないので、注意してください。
(1) Term paper (85%) on a topic designated by instructuors
(2) Class Participation (15%). Please note that 5 absences will lead to the
cancellation of the registered course.
